Three weeks from right now....

....we will be in a hotel room in New London trying desperately to sleep.....oh my goodness! It's really going to happen. Son is good to go, and ready for the challenge that he knows lies ahead. Went to the Hail and Farewell picnic today sponsored by the parents assoc. of Los Angeles, and it was great to see a few of the swabs who will be joining him in this new life of his. Great advice, good food and reassurance that we all will make it through Swab Summer!!

And that sleep will be worthless, because you will wake up about every hour...but then 7 weeks later, you can start to rest.

Enjoy New London. I will be up there the weekend before R-day.
