time for concorde to send results??

I just completed my last doctor-AMI (like where I need to see a doctor). How long will it take for concorde to update DoDMERB? on my end the dodmerb portal says everything is 'case closed' suggesting they received the docs, but my DoDMERB contact said he was still waiting.
