Hello, I am posting this to see if anyone out there has experience with a Time on Station Waiver for Active Duty Airmen.
I am currently finished with my application, and have full support from my chain; however, I still require a waiver for not being at my base for a year come February when the board meets.
I have researched many websites and reached out to several Airmen from the personnel section at my base, but no one has been able to give me any insight to the process. I have read the waiver and exceptions sections in the assignments AFI, 36-2110, but I don't fully understand the process.
If anyone out there has experience with this, please let me know. Any advice or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
