I received an email 30 days ago about doDMERB but I never saw it. Now it is saying I have 10-15 days before my authorization is withdrawn. Does that mean I need to have an appointment for my physical in the next 15 days and have everything complete or do I just need to schedule an appointment before the window closes, but have the physical at some point outside that time frame?

You just need to set up the appt and enter it. My son had the same email, during a period of deciding not to apply to SA and only going for ROTC.
