How long after emailing remedial did it show up in system?

We are gathering up the paperwork to email DS's stuff in. Do you only need to email or follow up with a paper copy?

Send one or the other. Email is fastest. If you send paper, send it via FEDEX signature.
If you send it both ways, you tie up DoDMERB staff by making them handle your case twice, bogging down the process.

If you do send it both ways be clear what you have done.
For example, at the advice of the DoDMERB tech, my son emailed the paperwork and then sent (via track able method)the hard copies with a printed copy of the email header and a cover letter explaining everything.
