Do we need to bring the entire SF-86 form for I-Day or only the pages we have information written on? Are we turning it in immediately or are we using it to transcribe onto other papers at a later date?

It states that you only need to bring the pages where something besides your SSN was printed. DS just printed the whole packet to make it easier to follow along when inputting the information at BCT.
