I have yet to accept my appointment because I'm waiting on a response from AFA. About how much "stuff" is there to do after you accept. I've done as much as I can do in the Admin Kit (personal info, points of contact, and tattoo) and I've read the instruction pdf. But I'm seeing threads about swimming surveys, training, and shoe stuff, how long do you think everything that needs to be done would take? Any broad estimate would be helpful.

E-QIP took some time. Everything else was pretty quick. Could order compliant boots and not wear them until you make a decision so you can return them (just a suggestion, get 1 month no fee return through Amazon)

The immunization forms, police records check, dental forms and vision survey will likely be problematic considering the world right now and how everything is closed down.

I had no issues with immunization and police records. For those you could drop them off at the office and pick them up later. That way no person to person contact happened. As for the other things mentioned, those will not be done anytime soon.

I was fortunate enough to get all of my stuff done right before EVERYTHING shut down but I’ve heard many stories of people who cannot get much of anything done.
