My daughter had a tonsillectomy when she was 24 months old. Besides checking "yes" on her medical questionnaire, will she need to do anything else, such as providing records from the ENT clinic that performed the same day surgery? She did not have any complications during the procedure or recovery process. If she is required to provide medical records from the procedure, does she need to have the records with her when she has her physical for DoDMERB. Thanks for sharing any insight you might have.
