Eh, its a pretty impressive sight to see but I believe that kind of strength training at their age could be detrimental to their future health. Children are not just little adults and the training regimen shown can be hard on developing joints. Light resistance and controlled exercises found in sports and activities are optimal for pediatric health not gymnast acrobatics.

Sadly this is in a poor Eastern European country and I doubt regulated departments such as CPS exist. If this was in the US I could see grounds for child abuse.
