Good Morning,
I’m currently an enlisted airman, and I’m trying to obtain a TOS waiver request! How do I go about doing that? It’s been giving My leadership and I the run around around for going on 2 weeks now. I received my candidate packet at the start of November so I have limited time to get everything in!

Similar to USNA, I assume there is a senior enlisted admissions officer at USAFA who supports enlisted candidates. Call Admissions and ask. This is surely not a new problem.

No one on my base seems to know what a TOS Waiver is or where to get it.
 
Definitely pursue above recommendation first and foremost.

I do find it very odd that your CoC doesn't know what a TOS waiver is. Maybe give them some excerpts from these and it'll jog their memory?
 
I was told by my supervisors that once I submit my packet, that’s when I’ll get the waiver request.
