Yes. On another thread, someone stated there are approximately 200 applicants still CPR at this time -- DD included. Good luck to each & every one of you! No matter the decision, each & every one of you are amazing young men & women!Heard that everything should be sent out 4:00 est though.YepApril 16th 3:23 pm EST and still CPR. Anyone else?
Gouge was from a reliable source. Starting to think it was bad though. Still waiting myself.I understand that a poster is getting ‘good gouge’ from a reliable source... just a caution to that. Unless someone is directly in admissions... then nobody really knows. I wouldn’t get your hopes up to hear by 4 PM EST. I hope everyone does hear in the next 30 minutes. You have waited a long time and USNA only owes one thing in this entire process... an answer. As many are learning lessons like ‘hurry up and wait’ along this road you have all ventured down, you will also learn about scuttlebutt. Scuttlebutt is rumors and they run rampant in the military, SAs and operational forces alike. So anytime you hear... ‘i hear from so and so...’ take it as it is... one data point. Units can get consumed by this. It also runs rampant among spouses. Hang in there, I wish you all the best of luck and hope you hear today!

We received our TWE on April 10th. I’m guessing then, based on all of the TWE’s on this forum, that if anyone who reads this next year, (for class of 2024), if you haven’t heard from USNA by mid to end of March, then start to plan on plan B! And it will all work out. Everything happens for a reason. Best wishes all!!!
We should help make sure this is clear to 2024 candidates to help them make a decision earlier. We received our TWE on April 10th. I understand we don't have full info on this forum - but at this point I 100% agree with this sentiment. It appears that anyone that didn't have an appointment by April probably in fact had almost no chance of getting an appointment. There was - in hindsight - a lot of false/unrealistic hope on this forum over the last two weeks.
