Transcript error

I sent another students transcript through parchment who has my first and middle name as his first and last name and he graduated last year. So I just sent an email to my admissions file person as they wanted a transcript for the intial evaluation. Will this be resolved or did I really screw up?

No one here can tell you. Contact the admissions file person. Clearly you at least have their email address. Phone calls can work wonders.
