I'm not sure I completely understand what you're asking. Contact your nomination sources and explain the situation. They may ask for your high school transcripts (or last semester grades if you were in college last year) if they need your grades sooner than end of December. I'm sure this isn't a new situation for them and they have procedures in place to handle it.

Send your mid-semester grades with a notice that your grades are not in until Dec.

They know you won't have any permanent grades in October.

Okay, thanks for the replies, this my first year in college and ill give a call to them, could you explain to me how to send mid semester grades

To my knowledge, most colleges do not have mid-semester grades. It's more a high school thing. You might check with your academic adviser to see what might be done, if anything.

Okay... because my high school grades aren't as good as my college. they're good but my College grades are way better

I am confused, when did you start school? If this is your first year than how do you know if your grades are that much better? You are in for only a few weeks, basically the easy part of the semester so far where the weight/percentage of the grades are probably less than 10%. A bad midterm where the weight is 30% and you might be saying my HS grades are way better. Not trying to offend you, I am just saying that for my kids if I asked them how they were doing after a month it would be Great, I have all As and a B, once the mid terms came around there were more Bs and maybe even in a C.

Just my guess is that since they typically request an official transcript, which means in a sealed envelope you will have to submit your final high school transcript.

Call the MoC office and verify with them if it is an official transcript that is required. They are the ones that will have the concrete answer.

Sorry for the confusion, i started about three weeks ago. the reason i say my grades in college are better than my high school ones, is because my college grades are a lot higher than my high school grades, i know its only the beginning of the year, but these are like some of the highest grades ive really ever had tbh. I just need to figure out a way to send my college grades since im in college not high school.

Honestly, as I stated before contact the MOC. If you figure out a way to circumvent this issue, but at the same time it is not deemed an official transcript they may decide that your packet is incomplete. No Nomination.

Be prepared that chances are they are going to say it must be an official sealed transcript, which would be your end of year transcript.

okay i'll give them a call and talk to them about it, more than likely, they're gonna ask for the high school Transcript which i have no problem sending. The college ones won't be ready until December

My DS obviously has no college grades to send as college only began a few weeks ago. The app packet is due in 10 days for one MOC and a few weeks for the other two. He sent his HS transcript and a printout of what college classes he is taking. By the interview date, if he has anything official, he can take it w/ him...but he'll have nothing by the 9/19 deadline. An A in a college class after 3 weeks isn't very impressive...but will carry more weight in November.
