Transcript Question

When I told my HS guidance counselor that USNA would need an official transcript she gave a sealed copy of my official transcript to directly to me, instead of sending it in. Is it permissible for me to send the (sealed, official) transcript to Admissions myself, or does it need to be sent from her office? Thanks.

You can send it yourself as long as it an officially sealed transcript from your school. My daughter sent hers that way without issue.

The email we received from the Admissions Board stated specifically that DS's first semester transcript MUST be signed, sealed and mailed directly from his school. In addition, no faxing or emailing.
