My DS just completed his USNA application. Does he need to request a transcript be sent to USNA from his registrar? Or will the counselor handle this through the evaluation process?

The USNA website is very clear about how to do this rather simple step. Coach your son to find the answer from the primary source. The application process — as many here have noted — is a test of attention to detail and self sufficiency. This ball should be squarely in his court, as it’s not a trick question.
