Travel Arrangements

Hi guys, Ive been trying to get all my forms done and everything on my portal green for usmaps but I had some questions over the travel arrangements. I was offered a spot pretty late and havent been able to speak to anyone about the travel section so im wondering if anyone knows how i could receive the government purchased ticket? Also i know its a dumb questions but who specifically should i put on the area that says point of contact? would that be me? and what flight information would i put if traveling with my family members?? any advice would be greatly appreciated!
