Travel for R-Day

What is the best way to go about booking travel plans for R-Day? Do the cadets need to arrange their travel through the portal, or can I book the travel plans in the normal fashion? Any help would be greatly appreciated! I tried looking at older posts, but couldn't find that info. Thanks!

If you are going also, and want your cadet to travel with you, use normal procedures. He will turn in a form for reimbursement.
