LaGuardia Airport, get out of the airport, walk to the bus stop on the 2nd floor. get on the Q70 Limited. Get off at Woodside Station. Go across the street to the LIRR station. Walk up the stairs, look at the track info for the Port Washington Line (Important many lines converge at Woodside). Ride it to Port Washington, get off at Great Neck Station. Get in an uber or cab at the station and just say "The Academy please". They know where you're going.

LaGuardia ia closest. About 30 minutes. JFK is second. Islip third. Ewr fourth. About 1:45-2 hours. Uber from LaGuardia is 30-35. From ewr is 120 or so I think.

LGA you will have to uber or take a taxi to. If you fly into JFK depending on what you want, your able to take the trains up until the Great Neck train station which you will then need to uber in. I think your able to do the same thing from EWR with taking the train into Penn and then the LIRR to Great Neck Plaza.

And just as forewarning the travel reimbursement will take "forever" to be credited back to you.

It's called NJ Transit to Penn and then the LIRR. Learn something about transportation 2021.
