Will I be ineligible to accept my scholarship if i am offered one if I travel to foreign countries around may-june time? There is a chance I may visit Iran, Pakistan, India, Switzerland, and Germany.

Travel by U.S, citizens is permitted to all of those countries. However, when applying for security clearance you will have to note all foreign countries you have visited, and your itinerary is likely to raise questions.

Iran and Pakistan may be problematic. I would limit travel to where military personnel are allowed. Once in you will have to get permission to travel. It can't hurt to check with your unit first.

In addition to this, you'll need to disclose any foreign contacts. That would include anyone you meet on your trip that you remain in contact with after the fact (Facebook, email, pen pals, etc.). If we're going to be straight, the profession you seek will triple the price on your head in a number of countries, if you follow through with this trip make sure you make contact with the US Embassy in each country, sign up to get State Department alerts and carry the number to Post One.

I've been to Switzerland, it's a nice place. I'd suggest staying on that side of the Alps.
