My BGO notified me telling me that I was a triple qualified candidate and that I had received a medical waiver from the Academy for color deficiency. I received a nomination back in November from my congressman. Is this overall a good sign and does it improve my chances being triple qualified with a wavier?

It's better than if you were not qualified. You are in the same boat with everyone else that is qualified. Time will tell. Relax, enjoy your senior year and make sure your plan B is in place.

All it tells you is that you are still in the game. You are at a competitive disadvantage with the color deficiency, even with the waiver, as I believe there is a limit on how many can be admitted with color deficiency waiver.
