Trouble downloading AIM docs

In the AIM acceptance letter, there is a web address to download the required documents. I've tried it several times and no luck. Is anyone else having the same problem?

THere was a massive power failure at the USCGA last evening affecting all email and internet (except for admissions).

Patience, they should have it fixed sometime today.

Thanks. I'm glad to know it wasn't my computer. I couldn't get onto any USCGA web site for AIM paperwork or for my other son concerning R day.
