My recruiter notified me through email. An email was sent to notify me that I will be receiving a second email with details about the process as well as forms and contacts in approx 5 minutes after my receiving of the initial email. I requested my recruiter send the email a second time after it failed to show up in any folder in my Gmail and still have not received it despite him telling me it would have been sent yesterday at noon.
Are you saying that he said that he has sent it and you haven’t received it and he sent it again and you haven’t received it ?
Or are you saying that he said he WILL send it, you are assuming he has sent it , and you don’t have it?
Two separate scenarios. One is that it isn’t coming through. Another is that he is busy and hasn’t actually sent it yet.
Also are you on a desktop? Or phone?
Of the first scenario, I would recommend contacting the technical help desk that’s indicated in the application. Both DS’s have used this and they are experts at this stuff and will work through it with you until it’s figured out.
If the 2nd scenario....put on your patient pants and wait, since it seems from your post this all occurred in a couple hours. People do get busy.
I will say, with DS #1, his recruiter changed 3 times, and each time he was not notified, simply left hanging and wondering what was going on (not having that experience this go around at all). So it could be something along those lines as well if you’re not having any contact with him anymore. But you need to give that some time to figure out if that’s what’s going on.
