Trouble logging into candidate portal (CAPTCHA Failed)

Well, I had just finished my CQ and received my email with login credentials. I keep getting a CAPTCHA error when trying to log in, unfortunately. I've switched browsers, changed passwords, and cleared my browser history/cache.
Does anybody have a fix for this? I don't want my account to be disabled after too many failed attempts. Maybe it's happening to all of us because the CQ just opened up, but I don't know.
 
Double check credentials, make sure you don't have an extra period in there. Keep trying. Portal works fine for me right now, have you tried logging in from a different device?

Welp, all I had to do was use a password reset and that's what fixed things. I feel especially dim-witted now that I'm presented with how many login failures I've had in my profile :eek3:

Hahahahaa if it makes you feel any better when I first opened my portal I put in the wrong email and it took weeks to get that all sorted out. Better to get the mistakes out of the way early right!
