Hi, new member here. I scheduled my medical exam and entered the where and when online as instructed two weeks ago. We drove an hour tonight to the facility with the medical exam printouts package and were told that they didn't receive some form that Concordia sends over authorizing the examination so I couldn't be seen. They gave us a phone number to call, but I was just a voice mail for the "CIV team" and asked me to leave a message.
Has this happened to anyone else? We rescheduled for Friday, are they quick at returning phone calls?
