Trouble with scheduling overnight visit??

Hello,

I've been frantically trying to schedule an overnight visit before the April 15 deadline. I tried to schedule one online via the west point website but never received confirmation. I also emailed admissions and called admissions as well...alas no response. Does anyone know what the best way would be to get in contact with someone who has knowledge with booking these visits?? I also need to arrange flights for I am out of state, and it is getting quite frustrating. Thanks for the help.
 
A few people on this forum mentioned finding their confirmation email in their spam folder.
 
Keep trying to call, they are having email comparability issues at WP so sometimes the email can't get through at all. I had to call several times before I was able to get through
 
I didn't think I had a confirmation email either but once I checked my spam folder, I found that it had been sitting there since the day I requested the tour. Check your spam folder!!!
 
I checked my spam folder and there was nothing....in your opinion do you think I should just go ahead and book the flights? Is it common for there to be issues when picking a certain day for the visit or do they accommodate you well?
 
This is the army. Expect surprises. I'd recommend getting a confirmation before booking a flight.
