Unable to DodMERB Site From My Computer

My DS is having an issue getting past two browsers to log into DoDMERB account that he has been able to use until this afternoon. He has tried using SAFARI and Chrome on MAC. Both showing that the site is not secure. Shows following via Chrome:

Your connection is not private
Attackers might be trying to steal your information from dodmerb.tricare.osd.mil (for example, passwords, messages, or credit cards). Learn more

NET::ERR_CERT_INVALID

Safari - just says sight not found. Tried various way to log in - USAFA admission site, portal, etc.

Please help!

We have only Macs in our home and tried Safari, Chrome and Firefox. DS could log in, but none of those browsers would save the answers on the medical survey part. We ended up having to borrow a Windows computer, and Internet Explorer worked.
