Unable to get "Option A required medical AMI" for a month now

On Nov 24, I was informed by DODMERB to get obtain an echocardiogram and color flow Doppler for evaluation of surgically corrected atrial septal defect. I have been trying to schedule an appointment with the Children's Heart Institute Virginia since it is the only medical provider that I am approved to make an appointment with (given to me by DoDMETS). The instructions on the website tell me to call their number; however, every single time I do so, it says “the number I dialed is not in service,” automatically hangs up and does not allow me to leave a message. I have tried calling Concorde to resolve this issue but, each time I call, I am unable to get in touch with a person to talk to. It is almost a month now, and I am still unable to schedule an appointment. What can I do to get an appointment?
 
If you haven't already, I would recommend reaching out to your contact at DoDMERB and let them know. We found them to be very responsive in assisting us when there was a delay with DoDMETS. Mr. Mullen may also comment here, in which case you will be going right to the source and in good hands.
 
In parallel I'd look up number for Children's Heart Institute VA and see if they can direct your call to the proper place.
