On Nov 24, I was informed by DODMERB to get obtain an echocardiogram and color flow Doppler for evaluation of surgically corrected atrial septal defect. I have been trying to schedule an appointment with the Children's Heart Institute Virginia since it is the only medical provider that I am approved to make an appointment with (given to me by DoDMETS). The instructions on the website tell me to call their number; however, every single time I do so, it says “the number I dialed is not in service,” automatically hangs up and does not allow me to leave a message. I have tried calling Concorde to resolve this issue but, each time I call, I am unable to get in touch with a person to talk to. It is almost a month now, and I am still unable to schedule an appointment. What can I do to get an appointment?
