I have been under waiver review since November 4, 2021, for a single disqualification. I haven't received any additional information. Is there something I need to do or just wait? I was never instructed to send additional medical information or anything else. Thank you for any advice you may have.

Wait. I was under waiver review since mid august and finally received a request today.

Wow, that is a long time! What did you receive a request for? Did you have to submit any additional information when you were first disqualified or was that what they are currently requesting?

It was for a recently broken bone, and I was not asked for any records after the initial DQ. I am asked to submit all records and X-rays associated with the injury.

If the waiver authorities want something, they'll request it thru DoDMERB and it will be posted on the DoDMERB website

Waiverdecisions from the Service Academies and ROTC programs will be posted on the DoDMERB website :wiggle:

Thank you!

I am still under waiver review since November 4th. I recently received a nomination for the USMMA, but it has not been posted to my portal. Does this mean they will review my medical disqualification or could they still be deciding if I am competitive enough to review my records?

Send me an email: lawrence.e.mullen.civ@mail.mil; provide complete name and last 4 SSN; provide the text of your Parent's posting above to YOUR email. The subject line of the email should be “MMan19- SAF = Under Waiver Review.“ Do NOT embed links in your email as I will not be able to view those.:wiggle:

Mr. Mullen,
I sent an email. Thank you very much for your help!

Another question regarding my waiver review. Today on the DODMERB site, my status changed from "under waiver review" to "awaiting receipt of remedial". What does that mean? I was never contacted to send AMI or anything else? There was a remedial for my initial exam due to the physician leaving out an answer to a question, but that was resolved. If anyone could comment, that would be much appreciated!!

Got it. Will reply lat tonight. Have a long phone call right now:wiggle:

On 2/26/22 I sent in all of my AMIs that were requested for my waiver review. I checked with my technician to make sure they were received, which they were. She stated they were pending review by the waiver authority. My DoDMERB site still states "under waiver review." Does anyone know if the DoDMERB site should be updated with a different status, or do I just wait to hear the final verdict? Also, will this update be reflected on the DoDMERB site first or the SA site? I am trying to be patient, but I received a letter of assurance and I am constantly checking both websites to see if a decision has been made!
