Under Waiver Review

It means that DoDMERB has found something that has disqualified you. Think of this as a yes or no, true or false, black versus white type of decision. If the condition is on the disqualify list and you have it, then you are disqualified.

The SA, Branch, ROTC, whatever..then get to the chance to decide if they are willing to waive the disqualification. Some conditions are easy to get waivers for. Others it is impossible. Some conditions might be limited how many waivers can be provided. Think of this as more of a grey area type decision. They consider more of the variables which is why additional medical information (AMI) or doctor visits are necessary.

Yes, you received a DQ for one or more reasons. Under Waiver Review means your information is assembled and available for review by whomever you are applying to. For SA's, next you'll want to watch for notification that they have requested a waiver review on your behalf. They will do this if your application is considered competitive. Sounds good to me. I just submitted new SAT scores so we will see.
