Uniforms???

Before the actual answer to that is posted, how do you think uniforms at home would be enforced?
 
Well, there is the honor code, although there would have to be some sort of incentive otherwise cadets would just answer "no" to whether or not they were in uniform on leave :shake:
 
Cannot use the honor system to get someone to incriminate themselves. Any question such as "did you wear your uniform?" "Did you drink illegally?" "Did you steal, lie, etc." are all inappropriate questions and do not have to be answered. But, if you do answer and it is a lie, then that's an honor hit.
 
It seems like a very delicate system. I suppose that's why Cadets spend so much time learning about it.
 
We must always be in uniform even while in the home. Sleeping must be done in PC gear at the very least while on leave.

oh and we get alot of uniforms issued during basic and some after.
 
Weird question: I've heard that some kids sleep in their uniforms during BCT, but are PJs issued for the academic year?
 
I'll let a cadet verify this, but when I was down there, the cadet I talked to said that you are issued PJ's, but a lot of people don't wear them because they're ugly and uncomfortable. And yes, some doolies wear their uniforms to bed so they don't have to change in the morning, and worry about screwing something up because they're extremely tired.
 
we call the PJs the POW uniforms, because they're thin enough to almost be see-through and they're terrible. if you wear them during the ac year, then, somethin's wrong. lol.. you get issued alot in basic, but even now us 4* are still getting uniforms. you wont get mess dress til you're a junior (for ring dance) unless you're in some special club that requires it (like Chorale)
 
And I'm guessing you wont get parade dress till graduation?

oh and how bad can the PJs be? can someone show pictures cause I really would like to see these things lol
 
Speaking of parade dress, I heard you do parades (I'm probably using the wrong word) all the time. True?
 
Usually parades once a week on Wednesdays and Formations on Monday and Friday.
