Hi! I am one of the current Gold Bar Recruiters for Air Force ROTC.

Next Tuesday, at 6:00 PM eastern, I will be teaming up with the U.S. Air Force Academy and other Air Force and Space Force programs to host a webinar on scholarship and career opportunities available in the US Air Force and Space Force. It will feature a panel of recruiters from these different programs and a Q&A, so bring your questions! (Please note: this is geared towards high school students and not current AFROTC cadets).

The webinar will be held on Tuesday, 30 November at 6:00 PM Eastern / 5:00 PM Central / 4:00 PM Mountain / 3:00 PM Pacific. If you are interested in attending, please register at https://www.zoomgov.com/webinar/register/WN_DtzJP0G8RECn9dlUDnLlQg, or using the QR code in the image.

Has anyone received a request to complete additional essays for a possible Space Force ROTC Scholarship.

It’s interesting. Im assuming going that route would preclude the possibility of a pilot slot. Unless someone already knows I’ll try to get confirmation on that and post it if I’m able.

My also DS received

My DS also received that email. It seems to be a survey or (maybe) a 2nd application to fill out to be considered for SF. Not sure what that means, DS has been awarded an AFROTC scholarship the 1st board. He did checked both Air Force and Space Force in his application, but could it be that his scholarship only applies to Air Force? Anyone knows?

All same for my son as yours: we were thinking that also that maybe they are trying to differentiate between the 2 from the get go....
