Update Application after submitted?

Hi, I have a couple of things I was trying to add to my West Point application, including becoming a new team captain and as well as some athletic achievements. Is it possible to update my profile directly from my portal? Or should I have a coach of mine email admissions directly, if so what would be the best email to send the information to? Thanks!

Unless things have changed in the last couple of years, you will need to document the profile updates and then have your guidance counselor sent them to the USMA.
