Updating Activities Record

My DS has some new sports awards from the fall. Should he email his Counselor with this information? We had to email him something else already, just not sure of the process. Thanks!

Your admissions counselor (not to be confused with your ALO) is the one responsible for keeping your file updated. An email would most likely be the appropriate method to go about updating your record; following up with a phone call after a week or two wouldn't be a bad idea either. When in doubt don't hesitate to call them.
 
When my daughter had updated activities, her USAFA counselor requested an email from her high school counselor. Her counselor was more than happy to send the info.
 
As Ptsv said--My DS was named captain of his winter sports team. His USAFA admissions counselor requested an email from his coach to comfirm.
