Updating NROTC and AFROTC scholarship application

So I emailed both my contacts for NROTC and AFROTC and i pretty much got different answers from each and I just wanted to check with you guys to see if it sounded right about what they told me in regards to updating my application with my 7th semester grades and new awards and accomplishments since I sent in my app.

AFROTC said they do not consider any senior year achievements in the selection process.

NROTC said they do not accept any updates past Jan 31, so does that me I missed out updating and they do accept senior year updates?

Just want to verify that this information is correct. Thank you for your time.

I know the AFROTC statement is correct. The Jan. 31 NROTC deadline doesn't surprise me although I wasn't aware of it. Most students are able to send their previous semester grades sent in by then.
 
They will at the end of the yr for AFROTC, but not 7th semester (i.e Dec Sr yr).

For many AFROTC candidates that apply for the AFA also, this is confusion since the AFA will take 7th semester, but their system is different than AFROTC. Basically the way I can compare it is oranges to Clementines.
