Since it has been a while since I have submitted my CAR and related other information, I have received other awards and honors (merit scholar, varsity captain/letter, academic award over 4.0). My MALO has been advising me to keep my portal updated, but how do I submit these new awards? Any help or advice would be great!
 
I would scan the awards, certificates, etc. and attach them in pdf form to an email to your Admissions Regional Commander.
 
Just click "request change to personal information" on your Profile page of the portal.
 
Sending Info to WP

My DS had made copies of awards and attached a letter explaining the award. He then made a cover letter with address and candidate number and faxed the updated info to WP admissions. He never received a return on the info. But when he met with his RC he had all the info on his portal.

When updating your file - you MUST send documentation supporting your updates.
