USAFA Application/Checklist Problem

Hello to all, I hope you guys are doing well.

When doing my USAFA application, I saved my counselor's contact information so that the automatic email would be sent to her to submit my school-related forms. However, when I submitted my application, my checklist showed that she never did submit these forms. I asked her about it and she stated that she got no email for her to submit those forms, though she received the email to submit my recommendation. My counselor did check her spam and trash folders too, but was not able to find it. I emailed the support email in my application about this issue but have received no response for almost a week or so. I have contacted my ALO, but to no response as well.

What should I do? Has anyone else had the same problem? I am very worried that my application will be closed for this period. I really don't want this to happen, and I feel like a sitting duck in a sense. I'm thinking that this could be an IT issue concerning the application portal but I have no clue. Any advice would be helpful. Thank you so much.

I have left a message to then before hand in their phone number, however the automated message in the call states that email will get the most expedient response since all workers have been teleworking. They previously stated to me in an email that they don’t usually check their phone number either. But I did leave a message and I hope that they might check.
 
I spoke with both Team Silver and Team Blue over email (due to a mix-up where my Mentor ALO recommended I reach out to one and my candidate portal suggested the other) and they both got back to me very quickly. When I called, however, I never received a response.

The phone number is not regularly monitored, but yeah, I normally hear back within 2-3 days.
