Everything on the checklist has been fully completed and submitted and check marks next to each one. The immunization section has a check mark, says it has been submitted, but not yet processed by USAFA. Has anyone encountered this issue?

A lot of other appointees and I also have that. Apparently the USAFA Clinic gets a break after graduation so they will be slower than normal verifiying documents.

If you aren’t already, I can add you to the class of 2022 appointees if you would like. PM me. People ask questions like these all the time.

The Immunization is understaffed at present and is a bit behind in processing the appointee submissions. USAFA recently augmented the staff and every effort is being made to process all the data prior to June 10. The best advice I can offer is to be patient and complete the rest of your appointee kit items.

My DS had some issues and we had to circle shot dates (he had shots on the same day in two different years) apparently it was a little confusing the way it was printed. Just resent it and all was good. One or two of the vaccinations we had to also provide the brand of vaccine. It was not on the HX, but a quick call to pediatrician gave us what we needed.

You should be fine because on I-day they will look over your records again and they will tell you if you need anything. If you have all of your shots you will be fine.

Best to bring your complete immunization records to I day also just in case.

Seriously, they were about to give me five shots again because they didn’t get my record updated. I had a copy in my pocket (and that’s where it needs to be, because I-day is chaos and you never know when you will be where) and narrowly averted some very sore arms
