Along with this, I would also recommend the book "Skies to Conquer". It's a book that follows some cadets from the class of 2010. I'm sure a few things have changed since then, but it's a great read. It really inspired me.

I am currently waiting(From NV) and so far most that I know has heard back throughout NV. One recruited athlete has an LOA and one has received their appointment, but it was month ago.

Thanks for the info. Do you know what district they are from? I know of one from CD-2 and 1 from Vegas who is an athlete that is going to the prep school. Do you know how these 2 candidates found out? BFE/MOC call or portal notification? Do you know anyone who got a TWE and was it recently?

Yes, I am anxiously still waiting! We just need to be patient and not let this consume us! But yeah, four guys from my school have nominations from Congressman Johnson (two for USAFA, one for USMA, and one for USNA) and we are all trying to figure out why we have yet to hear. But yeah, patience is key.
