No it did not have a date as to when they are doing it, it just says "eventually" they will rescind offers.

This morning I received a call from my congressman’s office and was offered an appointment. I was on the direct waitlist. He said it would show up on my portal tomorrow so I am hoping that there will be some more appointments showing up tomorrow for others on the waitlist! I didn’t initially put my info on this thread but if someone would like to add it go ahead: Direct waitlist, Apr 26, self, plan B was Utah State, nomination from Rep and Sen, offer date May 11, state is Utah, no ROTC, will accept! Well, this week could/should be the big news everyone is hoping for, and I just want to wish all the potential cadets Good Luck and say I truly hope you get the appointments for which you have worked so hard and have been waiting for so long. To all the parents of these amazing young folks, congratulations on raising such fine young adults who will be successful no matter what the outcome of this application cycle is as they have clearly been given a great start. Fingers crossed, prayers, good thoughts and whatever else works for you all!!

DS just texted a few minutes ago to let us know that his envelope has disappeared and it says his application is 100% complete. Fingers crossed for good news tomorrow!!!!!!
