USAFA never received my CFA scores

I took the CFA at USNA summer seminar, so it is already listed as completed on my USNA portal. In the instructions on my USAFA portal, it said to have my USNA admissions counselor send my scores to USAFA_RRS.ORGMAIL@USAFA.EDU, which she did (she sent me an email to confirm that this was done). This was about a week ago. My CFA is still listed as incomplete on my USAFA portal.

Is it normal for this to take a long time to process or should I do something about it now? I figured I would ask on here because I have heard that others have had complications with CFA transfers between SAs.
 
DS asked to have his transferred over a week ago as well, USNA confirmed it was done but still nothing on his portal either. I think he planned to wait another week and then contact USAFA.
 
It takes a bit for things to show up on the portal. Give it a few weeks, if it still isn't there, contact your admission's counselor. You may have to have it resent.
 
This is a chance to learn a valuable lesson early on... The military will constantly lose or screw up your records. You are the only one who will care or pay attention, so make sure you stay on top of it.

DS USAFA portal has been updated with CFA scores sent from USNA admissions. It only took a day or two after USNA sent the CFA email. Good luck to all.
