To anyone with more than 1 nomination, does your portal reflect that? I got 3 noms but I only have my initial nomination from my MOC showing. I’m curious if the portal isn’t designed to show more than 1.

I dont think it is. I have two, confirmed they have both- only see my MOC one in the portal though.

The only response I got from USAFA admissions about this in an email was the pretty vague "nominating sources have until January 31st to send submissions for nominations" response about noms and nothing specific about my file, but I kind of expected that response. Tho I confirmed mine as well with the senators' staffers.

My DS just checked his portal and it is now showing the two noms he has received to USAFA. Be patient as it takes time for the staff to update everything- they are very busy these days.

One of my nominations took a few weeks to pop up, so just be patient, as everything is slowed down because of the holidays

I don't know if it's the same process as USMA, but at West Point, once the admissions office receives the nomination then it goes right into the portal. It not being in the portal, but hearing back from the MOC that you've gotten it, means that the MOC's office just hasn't sent it in yet.

Yes, for USMA, the MOC and FFR have their own portal to view/update records directly. Which is why they seem "faster" to update compared to USAFA. For DS, the USMA update occurred within the week MOC congratulated him. The USAFA portal got updated two weeks later.

They don’t always all show up right away. My sons second took about a week longer to post on the portal and the first was at least 2 weeks after nomination.
