okay I might sound very dumb but I keep hearing of "DS" and I did not know if this is a person.

DD also got USAFA SS acceptance email today.

My DS got his acceptance email for USAFA Summer Seminar just today. Now we are waiting to hear from WPSLE and the Naval Academy.

Congrats to y'all for getting into the SS. I looked at my email today wondering if they had posted it and I got accepted. I am so happy. I cant wait to meet y'all in June and hopefully we will all have a blast together. Now I have to start my Summer seminar for the Naval Academy and SLE for West Point. I am still deciding which day to pick, so we will see. But I know which ever day I pick I will still be super happy and have a great time.

I got into USAFA SS too! I chose session B, still waiting to hear back from USNA and SLE but fingers crossed. Congrats to you all and good luck! It’ll be a fun summer.

This is all great information. I have 2 questions for the group. My son was accepted to the summer session and was filling out the forms tonight. He hit the enter button and it submitted, not saved but submitted. He is sure everything was complete except the name tag field. Can this be corrected? He is really stressing over this.
If he wants to complete the physical fitness test, does he need to use his summer session application as the USAFA application? Or, can he still officially take the fitness test?

For the forms issue, he should have been given a point of contact at USAFA to call who can assist on that.

In terms of the fitness test, USAFA works a little differently than the other service academies in terms of fitness testing during summer seminar. He will take a practice fitness test (CFA) but it will not be officially scored and recorded for his application, he will still need to take it back at home.
