Does anyone have input for what time on Monday the CC will be required to report back? The Joining Instruction says the "appointed time" on Monday but just wondering if there is a common time from previous years.

I’ve seen 1900 quite a bit. Join the parent Facebook group, they can give a more accurate time I bet.
