USCGA 2016 Acceptance Packages

Doe anyone know when the the USCGA 2016 acceptace packages will be sent out to appointees who have already sent in their signed "Statement of Acceptance and Obligation" and required "Citizenship" documentation.

I got a letter in December saying that my acceptance had been received, but the package wasn't finished yet (said it would be another 3-4 weeks).
