My DS had taken a DoDMERB exam for the Naval Academy in January 2011 and wasn't selected for either the academy or for an NROTC 4 yr. scholarship.

He is now applying for the non-scholarship College Program at the college he decided to attend (which was one of the NROTC schools in his NROTC applicaton). The school is requesting Report of Medical History- DD Form2807-1 and a one page Report of Medical Examination (no form number on this document). To be filled out by DS's doctor.

Can the DoD exam used for the local college program application? What is the procedure for getting the exam sent over to the college? DS was found to be fully qualified.

Thanks, I'd prefer not to have to pay for an exam if the other exam would suffice.

1. As the college that rwquires it, if they will accept the DoDMERB.
2. Have the applicant send a written request to DoDMERB, fully identifying himself and requesting a copy of the exam:thumb:

Thanks Larry, son is following up with school now and will make request based on answer from them.

Plan B School

My son's Plan B School accepts the DODMERB exams (plus needs some other stuff), can you confirm the address to send the request to to have one copy to be sent to Plan B school and one copy to our home so I can determine what else needs to be filled out by our local physician. (Or one copy to us--and we'll send to Plan B School). any one in particular to address it to.

thank you!
