USMA 2025 Candidate waiting on DODMERB remedial

My daughter is applying to USMA and has a complete candidate file except for her medical status. It currently has a "remedial" status. She went to a remedial appointment a week ago, and there doesn't seem to be any further progress. On Dodmets site, it still says "incomplete" after "schedule your medical exams" and "go to your medical exams" even though the last remedial exam was completed a week ago. I tried to contact DODMERB and DODMETS and both basically said we just need to wait, but I'm worried there is something wrong because of the status not being updated on DODMETs.

Also, does anyone have experience with USMA sending "conditional acceptances". I know I received one (this was in 1989) way prior to ever getting my medical qualification. Not sure if USMA still does this though...
 
While every situation is unique, I don't think a week is an especially long time to wait for an update to DoDMETS or DoDMERB, especially during this busy time of year. Hang in there, probably working its way through the system.
 
If I were you, I would have your daughter email the DODMERB technician to just confirm that they received it. For whatever reason, I found out that stuff tends to get done/approved a lot quicker this way.
 
I have a friend who is currently waiting on her DODMERB remedial which she started in mid-December. She is still waiting for her DODMERB remedial and as of this week has waited 60 days so far. She has called DODMERB numerous times and similarly has been told she must wait. If possible and if you are in connection with a Congressional District Coordinator, which can be found in the portal, I would try to see if they can help out with the situation. I hope this information was beneficial.
