I accidentally uploaded the wrong letter of recommendation to my account. I contacted the lady in charge of tech support two or three times about it over twice as many weeks (I don't have the authority to delete it off my application. I assume she does) and have not received a response or had the issue taken care of. I don't want to bother the RC with it, but I don't know who else to contact? Do I go to the RC or try something else?
