USMA CFA

Can you explain what you mean by "approved"? Are you asking if you are qualified? My understanding is that some people get notified that they are triple qualified and some do not. If you have green checks next to your CFA stuff in the portal then they definitely received it. Good luck.

The green checks don't always mean your CFA is finished, as two friends of mine had green checks on their pull-up videos but were both asked to redo them.

If this is the case for you, admissions should let you know as they did with my friends. Personally, I worried about it for a little while because I never got a 3Q letter.

Some candidates just never do get the official 3Q mail. Since this was my case, I asked my RC and he gave me the thumbs-up.

Is there a certain time that they will let you know in?

I don’t know about you, but my RC personally told me that I had passed the CFA once I’d submitted my results.

I received my 2Q letter (academically and physically qualified) shortly thereafter.

Check your Candidate Portal, and see if you received a 2Q letter.

I hope this helped,

How do you know if your CFA is approved?

As long as you followed all of the instructions pertaining to the pull-up and push-up portions of the CFA, you should be fine...hopefully.

Also, during my congressional interview, I was told that the portal would reject a failing CFA score and ask for a resubmission. If this is true, the portal “approving” your score (green check) should mean that you passed :D
