USMA does not have my DODMERB results.

My application for USMA is telling me to schedule my medical exam. I completed the exam on 2 November, and USNA has already received the report and I am qualified. I contacted my admissions officer on 20 December. He contacted another officer at West Point asking her to request the results from USNA. My application still says,

"SCHEDULER FORWARDED TO DODMERB
WHAT IT MEANS: DODMERB ready to be scheduled
YOUR ACTIONS: Log onto https://www.dodmets.com - You can schedule your appointments (ensure you log in your appointment dates/times after you have scheduled your appointments); complete your medical history; and track the status of your exams from the time you first log in until the exams are sent to DoDMERB for evaluation. TIP: Schedule the earliest appointment posible to beat the rush at DODMERB"


I have already received my Congressional Nomination.
Is there anyone in the same situation, waiting to be qualified?
I also can not sign in to the DODMERB status portal.

It took an excruciatingly long time for USMA to mark my application as "remedial" after my DoDMERB and longer still to update my account to "qualified" after I submitted the required document. I guess just be patient--I know, the waiting sucks.

For what it's worth, USMA (especially Great Lakes Region) seems to be lagging far behind the other SA's in the process as a whole and seems to be a lot less efficient than at document processing etc. It took them a month longer than the AFA to process my nomination.

I'm sure they have your documents, it's just a matter of getting around to processing them.

Call your DoDMERB tech. Let them know you already took the exam and you are qualified for USNA. They should be able to forward the results.

DS was Qualified in October with AFA, USNA, and AROTC and then, yes, it took forever for USMA to mark his portal with the same information as you received. Now, all of them, previously all designated as Qualified, are marked as 'Remedial'! It appears that a hairline wrist fracture treated 7 years ago and reported by DS in September for DoDMERB questionnaire has triggered some sort of big reaction and now he's not qualified for any of them! He had already completed the Orthopedic Questionnaire (automatically generated when an orthopedic injury is designated) so we are hoping it's just a review by all.

That said, I've heard this several times on these boards, so I don't think either your case or my DS's is unusual. Keep us posted.

Oh, and I believe @5Day suggested DS call the DoDMERB technician (assigned by last name--under contact section on DoDMERB web site and DS called and left a message today. Don't know why you can't log on to site? DS still can and does on a regular basis.

My DoD account shows that my remedial has been processed and approved. How long should I expect it to take for my USMA account to be updated saying I'm qualified?
