Taken from my recent overnight candidate visit and tour of Arvin Gymnasium...This is the scoring used by their Physical Fitness Department when grading during Military Movement.

DISCLAIMER: I'm not inferring that these points correlate in any way to the CFA...Use it as a reference point.

14? Does anyone know any good workout programs to reach that would help me reach that before beast? Currently I can do about 8, but would love to receive the maximum points! Thank you!

I got 16 on my CFA and all I can say is me and my dad were doing supersets of situps, push-ups, and pullups which helped for the CFA. For pullups specifically we had me do like 15 as fast as I could and if I couldn't get up all the way he spotted me and helped me up just to get those reps.

Other than that just doing pullups often helps. I'm by no means an expert but that's the main exercises I used to train for my CFA.
