I got 16 on my CFA and all I can say is me and my dad were doing supersets of situps, push-ups, and pullups which helped for the CFA. For pullups specifically we had me do like 15 as fast as I could and if I couldn't get up all the way he spotted me and helped me up just to get those reps.14? Does anyone know any good workout programs to reach that would help me reach that before beast? Currently I can do about 8, but would love to receive the maximum points! Thank you!
